Most of our readings will come from a text book written by Jack Miller, John Walker, and Karen Drummond called Supervision in the Hospitality Industryand published by John Wiley and Sons, Inc. You will need the Fifth Edition of this text book. The ISBN for this text is 0-471-65748-4. We will also use a book of cases by D.V. Tesone and Peter Ricci called The Little Book of Cases in Hospitality Management published by Pearson Prentice Hall. The ISBN is 0-13-118329-X.
